Asparagus/zucchini pasta

This is a great summer vegetable pasta. Delicious!

2 small zucchini, sliced in 1/2 inch pieces
10 asparagus spears, sliced in 1 inch pieces
1/2 small onion, chopped finely
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
salt & pepper to taste
spaghetti for two

In a large fry pan with olive oil, cook zucchini, onion, tomatoes until softened. Add the tomato paste and red pepper flakes. Add just a few spoons of water to make a sauce. Bring some salted water to a boil and cook the pasta and asparagus together. Drain and toss into the vegetables. Top with some grated Italian cheese. Enjoy!
