Ezekiel Sprouted flour seeded bread

I am so happy I found out about sprouted flour. I first tried a loaf from the grocery store. It was pretty expensive but I noticed my blood sugars didn’t rise after I ate it. So I set off on a mission for a recipe. This is my own recipe and it works just as well for me. The only thing is, I will have to buy the flour in bulk to get the price down. I am so happy I can once again eat a sandwich. Happy happy here. It tastes just like wheat bread and makes 2 loaves (8.5 inch pan)

Sprouted Wheat Flour Seeded Bread

6 cups sprouted wheat flour (I used 2lbs)

1 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon sugar (I used 1 teaspoon Pyure sweet blend)

1 tablespoon yeast

3 cups lukewarm water

1/3 cup olive oil

Butter or coconut oil for greasing pans

Mix of seeds. I used sunflower & chia.

Add flour, salt, sugar, yeast, water and oil in mixer until thoroughly mixed. Will be very soft but ok. Cover bowl and let rise for 1.5 hours.Turn out on floured surface and fold inward 4-5 times. Do not knead. Form an oval loaf to fit in pan.Grease 2 8.5 inch bread pans. Wet loaves with water and roll in mix of seeds. Place in bread pans, cover and rise 30 minutes. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Cool on rack.
