Pretzel buns

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted. But I just had to post this wonderful recipe from King Arthur. You really can’t go wrong with King Arthur, kitchen tested! Click on link for the recipe. Pictures and info below.

King Arthur Pretzel Bun recipe

These are the buns after boiling in the water mixture. They get soft and puffy like big dumplings. I weighed each ball beforehand at about 87 grams to try to keep them all the same size. The recipe made exactly 1 dozen.
