Now these are delicious breadsticks! Super easy and they don’t have to be perfect. My kind of recipe.

4.5 cups bread flour
14 oz. lukewarm water
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons yeast
2 tablespoons oil

Combine all ingredients and knead for 5 minutes until dough is very elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let rise for 1 hour to double. This can also be done on your bread machines “dough” setting instead.
Roll out dough to about 1/2 inch thickness using lots of flour. Cut into 10 inch long strips by about 1/2 inch wide. Holding the strip of dough, roll it between your hands and start to twist.
Place each breadstick made onto a jelly roll pan lined with silpat or parchment paper. Bake at 450 for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Keep an eye on them they burn fast.
This recipe makes about 50 12″ long breadsticks so share with a friend. 🙂
