Ingredients
Dough:
1 pkg yeast (or 2-1/4 teas. yeast)
1/4 teaspoon sugar
3/4 cup warm water (110 degrees)
1-3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
Toppings:
Your choice, my ingredients in this picture are pizza sauce, tomato slices, fresh mozzarella, chopped fresh basil and olive oil.
Place all dough ingredients in a mixer w/hook and knead for 5 minutes. Place the dough ball in a greased bowl and cover for one hour to rise. This will make 2 individual pizzas like my picture. After one hour cut in half and roll out. Brush one side (the side that’s going down on the grill) with olive oil. As soon as that side is done, flip and quickly add your topping. The heat of the grill will melt everything down. When I plate it up, I sprinkle the top with more olive oil. You have to work fast, so have everything sliced up before hand. Pizza’s are cooked in minutes if grill is at medium.
WOW….that looks great !!!!
Momma Latte, you are gonna make me fat(ter) !!!
I will have to give this a try. I usually make the pizza on the grill on a pizza stone, like you would in an oven. They look so yummy the way you made them.
You are killing my diet….lol
Yum! looks wonderful!
I am SO making this….over, and over, and over again. Chris will be so thrilled to fire up the grill…;-)
I love the pizza. In fact I made it for myself just last night! Thanks for sharing.
