These are great for a quick afternoon snack. Healthier too! Eat them plain or add your own spices.
Note: My dogs loved the sweet potato chips. Much cheaper than the ones they sell at the pet stores.
Slice a sweet potato or white potato paper thin or use a mandoline.
Place them on a microwavable plate (don’t use a paper towel or they’ll stick to the paper) Don’t over crowd the plate. Microwave one layer at a time for 6 minutes at 50% and then 25-30 seconds at 100%. Watch carefully, adding extra cooking time in small increments, checking to make sure they don’t burn.
I will have to try them, they look scrumptious.
