And you thought you were going to see a picture of a beautiful banana bread. Nope! But this is one great recipe for one.
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup (1 stick) butter softened
¾ cup brown sugar
2 1/3 cups mashed bananas (I usually figure on 4 ripe bananas)
Mix all ingredients until well blended.
Grease and flour a 10 inch loaf pan or two smaller pans. Bake at 350 for 60-65 minutes.

I like to use a muffin tin and make “mini banana breads” which is a perfect portion size.
